Thank you for the input...

The deadline for input on Chapters Three, Four & Five was 30 June 2010. Members’ input came to us from various locales in our worldwide fellowship. We are very pleased that so many members have given time and energy to this important task. The input will be collated and compiled for the workgroup, who will take on the project of revising the chapters in response to your many and varied comments.

It is the longstanding practice when developing new literature to cease distribution of draft material when review periods have ended; accordingly, the links to the draft material have been removed. Similarly, we have reached the point in the development of this text where we will be asking you to refrain from contributing source material with the release of the final chapters for review. The fellowship has been very generous in the amount of source material and it has directly affected the contents of the drafts. Again, we thank you for your participation.

The journey continues on this project; the remaining two chapters and the preface to the book are scheduled for review and input from 1 October – 31 December 2010, and we look forward to hearing your feedback.
